Cancellation Policy


Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or Back-Order / Pre-Order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscription (Subscribe & Save)

Welcome aboard, you're almost in! We have nothing to hide and want to be transparent with you. Please make sure you agree with our subscription club rules first. If you purchase a subscription (Subscribe & Save) you'll receive repeat deliveries until you self cancel inside of your account. The subscription deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select during checkout or modify inside of your account. You will have the ability to select your frequency, skip/pause/cancel/resume without needing to ask us all inside of your own account.

Your payment details will be stored securely by Shopify®, PayPal® or Stripe® and you'll be charged for each renewal until you cancel. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you must self cancel your subscription before it renews inside of your account. You can manage your subscription from the links sent to your email or login on our website. Please note, we do not cancel, accept returns or refunds on renewals that have already renewed.


To keep fairness to all members and the integrity of the club, we have 4 simple Club Rules:


  • Club Rule #1: If I am no longer interested in receiving my box, I will self cancel inside of my account before the date of my renewal. The renewal date is always visible inside of your account if you forget. There are no cancellations/returns/refunds on renewal boxes.


  • Club Rule #2: I will not create multiple accounts or take advantage of a trial by cancelling a trial before even receiving a trial.


  • Club Rule #3: I will only have 1 subscription per household (contact us for special request).


  • Club Rule #4: I will provide my correct residential shipping address, my valid email address and an approved payment method (Credit/Debit card) for my account. PrePaid Cards are not allowed and may be blocked.


And that's it, very simple. Please make sure you remember Club Rule #1. Sorry, but no exceptions.

This is because we need to plan inventory scheduling, pre-packing and label purchasing for the renewing boxes. Once your box renews, we need to process your order, pay transaction fees and pay for shipping. 

You can skip or cancel your box in your account as long as you have done so before the renewal. Because once the box has renewed, it cannot be refunded. If you are not familiar with subscription clubs, please do not sign up.

We give the power to you to easily Pause/Skip/Cancel your subscription at anytime inside of your own account. This way there are no mistakes as it is handled between you and the computer. If you cancel and do not receive an email confirmation that confirms the cancellation, then you can assume the account is still active and you will need to try again. If you receive a cancellation confirmation for that account and for some reason you are still charged, please forward the confirmation email to us and we will gladly help. 

In rare situations where there is a shortage of inventory or other unforeseen circumstances, we may have to postpone or cancel the delivery of your box. In this case, you will not be charged, or if you are charged you will be automatically refunded in full.

 

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY for Subscriptions:

We truly want you to feel comfortable becoming a Subscribe & Save member. This is why if you are not satisfied with your first (1st) shipment, you can return your first (1st) shipment within 30 days of the order for a refund minus $4.50 for shipping. But please note we do not accept returns or refunds of any box after the first (1st) renewal date has occurred (box 1, 2, 3, 10...). This gives plenty of time to try the first (1st) box to decide before the renewal. Sorry, but no exceptions.

Creating multiple accounts/subscriptions or cancelling before receiving a trial could result in the cancellation of the shipment and account. We are not responsible for stolen boxes marked as delivered or overdrafts from insufficient funds. If we are given the wrong shipping address, we can ship a replacement box to the correct address but for the regular price of that box. Please contact us to let us know about any shipping address or email address mistakes you might have made 24 hours before the renewal and we will gladly help.


Back-Order / Pre-orders


When you purchase a back-order/pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet available for shipment. We may collect full payment, no payment or a partial payment at checkout. If we collect no payment or partial payment, we will store your payment method, then charge the remaining balance before shipment. You can request to cancel a back-order/pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a 3.5% restocking fee to help cover the credit card processing fee. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can no longer cancel the order and will need to follow the standard return policy. Please see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

If you purchased a Back-order/Pre-order item, or added one to your order, everything will ship together once all items are ready. There is no estimated time for Backorder/Pre-orders, however, our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as we can. We generally only accept Back-order/Pre-orders when fulfillment is not too far out of reach. This is usually 30 days or less, however it could be longer.

In rare situations or unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel a back-order/pre-order. In this case, you will be automatically refunded in full.
